Ghorepani Poonhill trek, the best and classical trek offering the most amazing Himalayan panoramas in a short period of time. This trek is about 5 to 10 days long with a distance of 32 miles (51 km). The elevation is about 3210 meters of this trek. The trek is best for the inexperienced peoples to hike for the first time. It can be a family trip because of its easiness in hike and there is less requirement of gears and can be done personally if have knowledge of the trial. The hike is short but the experience it provides is priceless.

     The trek has many routes to hike through, The trek starts and ends from Nayapool, but there is a circular route from different direction that you can start from. You can start from Kimche, and if you start Hile then you will get to hike the famous climb of 3500 steps. This amazing trek is a trail to Annapurna base camp and that makes it unique itself. The trek also gives you the mesmerizing view of the worlds highest peaks like Mount Fishtail (6,993 meter), Annapurna (8,091 meter) and Dhaulagiri (8,167 meter) with the green hills and patchwork valleys. Poonhill is famous for the stunning sunrise over the himalayas. You have to have the perfect timing to catch the spectacular view of the sunrise from the Poonhill. The place is a Hill station bordering the Myagdi and Kaski district of Nepal.
